Enti Rregullator i Energjise (ERE) i ben me dije te gjithe konsumatoreve te energjise elektrike se ne zbatim te detyrave te vendosura nga ana e ERE-se,OSSH Sha, duke filluar nga fatura e energjise elektrike e muajit prill 2010,ka nisur te kryeje rimbursimin e te gjithe konsumatoreve ndaj te cileve ne faturen e energjise elektrike jane regjistruar mbifaturime te konsumit te energjise elektrike te pa bazuara ne ligj. Kompensimi, per transparence ndaj konsumatoreve, eshte paraqitur ne faturen mujore te energjise elektrike me nje zë te vecante me emertimin “Rimbursimi”.
